You probably have goals you’ve set for this year. Maybe it’s something small, or maybe you want to accomplish something significant. Along the way, though, we run into something that prevents us from getting from here to there, something that isn’t helpful to us.
So, how do we keep ourselves from being distracted? We have to realize that, in becoming increasingly more distracted, there isn’t something in us that is inherently finding ways to procrastinate or draw focus away from our work. It is the things around us that are culprit; we just have to stop enabling them to steal our attention.
